自 2024 年 10 月開業以來，本設施一直以「完全無現金支付」為概念營運。綜合過去一年來從顧客及合作夥伴收到的各種意見，為了成為讓所有顧客都能更舒適、更方便使用的設施，我們將啟動新的支付概念「Smart Payment」。

除了以往的無現金支付方式外，自 2026 年 4 月 1 日（星期三）起，也將可使用現金支付。

■ 措施背景：回應顧客心聲，打造更便利、更有趣的場所

長崎Stadum City 自開業以來，已吸引國內外眾多顧客造訪，一年來的來場人數已突破 485 萬人。

在針對來場顧客的問卷調查中，我們收到了許多意見，特別是來自兒童和長者，他們表示「希望也能用現金輕鬆購物」。我們認真傾聽這些聲音，並決定導入新的服務「Smart Payment」，讓所有顧客都能無壓力地、全心全意地享受在長崎Stadum City 的時光。

自 2026 年 4 月 1 日（星期三）起，除了現有的無現金支付方式外，也將可使用現金支付。

透過這項措施，我們將致力於創造一個讓所有顧客都能更舒適的環境，包括拿到零用錢來享受樂趣的孩子們，以及希望使用習慣的現金支付的長者顧客。

■ 擴展支付選擇的「Smart Payment」是什麼？

「Smart Payment」是一種支付概念，旨在兼顧提升顧客便利性與我們追求的 સક્ષમ 體育場營運這兩大優勢。

在維持「完全無現金支付」所實現的店鋪營運 DX（數位轉型）成果的同時，例如免除結帳作業、防止金錢收付錯誤等，我們也將提升現金的便利性。

　透過現金儲值機「J-Preca」進行現金支付／自動販賣機支援現金支付

・預計自 4 月 1 日起陸續導入

　店鋪導入自動找零機／停車場支付支援現金支付

　美食廣場支援現金支付 KIOSK 終端機（自動售票機）的設置 ※預計於 2026 年夏季左右設置

※什麼是 1 日「J-Preca」…這是透過將現金投入館內設置的專用機器所發行的收據形式預付卡。

此服務最適合希望「僅限當日」輕鬆使用無現金支付的顧客，當日未用完的餘額可在發行當日進行結算。長崎Stadum City 過去也透過導入 J-Preca 提供現金使用環境，未來也將持續提供 J-Preca 服務，因此偏好現金支付的顧客請安心蒞臨。
