Regional Creation Nagasaki Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Nagasaki City, Nagasaki Prefecture / President and Representative Director: Hideki Iwashita) will launch a new payment system at Nagasaki Stadium City, which is entering its second year of operation.

Since its opening in October 2024, the facility has been operated under the concept of "completely cashless." In response to various feedback received from customers and business partners over the past year, we are launching the new payment concept "Smart Payment" with the aim of becoming a more comfortable and user-friendly facility for all customers.

In addition to existing cashless payment methods, cash payments will become available starting Wednesday, April 1, 2026.

Since its opening, Nagasaki Stadium City has welcomed a large number of customers from both Japan and abroad, with over 4.85 million visitors in its first year.

In surveys conducted with visitors, we received feedback, particularly from children and seniors, expressing a desire to "conveniently shop with cash." Taking this feedback seriously, we have decided to introduce the new service "Smart Payment" so that all customers can enjoy their time at Nagasaki Stadium City without stress.

Starting Wednesday, April 1, 2026, cash payments will be possible in addition to existing cashless payment methods.

Through this initiative, we aim to create an environment where all customers, including children enjoying their pocket money and seniors who prefer to pay with familiar cash, can spend their time more comfortably.

"Smart Payment" is a payment concept that balances the benefits of improved customer convenience with our goal of efficient stadium operations.

While retaining the achievements of DX (Digital Transformation) in store operations, such as the elimination of cash register closing work and prevention of errors in money handling, which have been realized through "complete cashless," we will enhance the convenience of cash.

Nagasaki Stadium City has already provided an environment where cash can be used through the introduction of J-Preca, and this will continue to be available.
