"Summer Japanese-Style Burgers," which have been popular as a limited-time summer menu item since 2024, are based on the concept of "refreshing Japanese-style citrus" that can be enjoyed even in the hot summer. This time, driven by the desire to allow customers to enjoy the highly popular "Kenta's Tatsuta Fried Chicken Burger" with a refreshing citrus twist, we began development of the new product, the "Citrus Tatsuta Fried Chicken Burger."

During the trial production phase, we selected the types of citrus to use in the sauce, considering over 20 prototypes. As a result, the "Citrus Tatsuta Fried Chicken Burger" combining a Japanese dashi lemon sauce was born. The biggest feature of this product is the newly developed Japanese dashi lemon sauce, which harmoniously balances the refreshing flavor of lemon with the umami of the dashi. We pursued compatibility with the whole thigh chicken, shredded cabbage, and mayonnaise sauce, and made detailed adjustments to enhance the deliciousness when eaten as a burger.
