Kentucky Fried Chicken Japan Co., Ltd. (President: Atsushi Najima, Headquarters: Yokohama City, Kanagawa Prefecture, hereinafter: KFC Japan) announced that it will revise the prices (including tax) of menu items for in-store and delivery at KFC stores nationwide, effective Thursday, May 7, 2026.

KFC Japan has been striving to reduce costs and improve operational efficiency to deliver "safe and secure products" to customers, even amidst the continued rise in raw material prices. However, due to the prolonged increase in related costs, including energy and logistics expenses, we have decided to implement a price revision to maintain quality and service while stably supplying products.

The main price revision range (including tax) for in-store single items will be 20 yen for "Original Chicken," 20 yen for "Boneless Kentucky," and 20 yen for each size of drinks, among others. On the other hand, to ensure that more customers can continue to use our services, the prices of popular burgers ("Chicken Fillet Burger," "Spicy Chicken Fillet Burger," "Cheese Chicken Fillet Burger," "Double Chicken Fillet Burger," "Japanese Style Chicken Katsu Burger") and set meals will remain unchanged.

■ Value-for-Money Campaign Initiatives to Continue After Price Revision

Along with the price revision, we will also implement initiatives to ensure customers continue to feel they are getting good value. As the first phase, from Thursday, May 7, until Tuesday, June 2, for a limited period of 27 days, we will offer the popular side menu item "Kernel Crispy" at half its regular price in the "Kernel Crispy 1 Piece Half Price" campaign.

In addition, as a KFC member-exclusive campaign, "Weekly Side Coupons" will be distributed from Thursday, May 7, to Tuesday, June 2. "Potato (S)," "Coleslaw (S)," "Choco Pie," and "Biscuit" will be offered at half price on a weekly rotation, providing various side menu items at a great value during the period.

Furthermore, for "Kenta Lunch," we have been selling the "Chicken Fillet Burger Combo" and "Japanese Style Chicken Katsu Burger Combo" as the "550 (Go-Go) Combo" at a new price point since January this year. These combos, combining KFC's proud burgers with "Potato (S)," can be enjoyed for 550 yen each, available daily from 10:00 to 15:00 during lunchtime, regardless of weekdays or weekends.

KFC Japan will continue to cherish the "unrivaled deliciousness" and "spirit of hospitality" inherited from our founder Colonel Sanders, striving to enhance products and services and improve experiential value so that customers can enjoy KFC more closely in their daily lives.

We kindly ask for your understanding.
