New graduates, finishing their student lives and stepping into an unknown society, harbor great expectations alongside significant anxieties.
A survey targeting the 2026 graduating class shows that 56.7% of students who have decided on their future employer feel anxious, wondering 'Is this really the right company for me?' (Reference: Mynavi survey).

To dispel such pre-employment anxieties (pre-employment blues) and enable them to take their first step into society with peace of mind, our company holds an 'Employment Celebration Party' inviting their families.

By allowing families to see the actual working environment and colleagues, the aim is to alleviate the anxieties of the new employees themselves and build a support system after they join the company.

As an icebreaker to ease the tension of the entrance ceremony, two canvases were prepared for each family, and new employees and their parents collaboratively created 'Tarashikomi Art.'
