Jamf Booth Theme

As the ICT transformation of educational settings accelerates through the promotion of the GIGA School Concept, the role of PCs used daily by teachers for school affairs is once again being prioritized. An environment that allows for comfortable handling of school affairs supports the operational efficiency of teachers and flexible working styles, leading to the realization of school affairs DX.

In recent years, as iPads continue to be adopted as learning tablets, the Mac is attracting attention as a device that has high affinity with iPads and realizes efficiency in school affairs. Consequently, an increasing number of local governments and schools are introducing Macs as their official school affairs devices.

By combining Macs used for school affairs with Jamf, it is possible to achieve safe and efficient device management while reducing the workload on teachers.

At this exhibition, Jamf, which has a track record of managing over 25 million iPads* in educational institutions worldwide, will introduce key points of device management for schools through case studies and demonstrations. This includes the benefits of introducing Macs for school affairs and approaches to zero-trust architectures by combining Macs and Jamf.

Specifically, we will explain efficient management and security measures for Mac and iPad using the all-in-one solutions 'Jamf for K-12' and 'Jamf for Mac'.

We also plan to hold mini-sessions within the booth focusing on realizing school affairs DX using Mac and optimal device management.

Realizing School Affairs DX by Introducing Mac for School Affairs
Issues that teachers feel every day regarding the PCs they use for classes and school affairs—such as portability, battery performance, and smooth operation—can be solved with a Mac. Through smooth integration with iPads, which are being widely adopted in many local governments and schools, tasks from material sharing and data transfer to lesson preparation and administrative processing can be handled seamlessly. This realizes overall operational efficiency in the educational environment and flexible working styles for teachers and staff.

You can actually touch and check the operability of demonstration products, including the MacBook Neo. We will also introduce some case studies of local governments and schools that have implemented our solutions.

Building a Safe and Efficient Operational System with the Mac x Jamf Combination
When introducing Macs for school affairs, combining them with Jamf supports the implementation of a zero-trust architecture. We will build a safe and efficient device management system for educational institutions.

We will introduce 'Jamf for K-12' and 'Jamf for Mac', all-in-one solutions that provide everything from device management to security measures and secure access environments through ID integration. Jamf products, which can comprehensively handle security measures such as automated initial setup and web content filtering, will support the realization of school affairs DX.
