JALUX Corporation and deSter Hong Kong Sign Strategic Business Alliance Agreement

JALUX Inc. (Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director and President: Toshiaki Kawanishi; hereinafter "JALUX") and deSter Hong Kong Limited. (Location: Kowloon, Hong Kong; President & Managing Director: Stef Van de Perre; hereinafter "deSter") have entered into a strategic business alliance agreement aimed at creating new businesses and expanding operations in airline in-flight supplies and related materials for the food and beverage and hotel industries.

Through this partnership, JALUX will leverage deSter's robust global network to strongly promote the overseas expansion of eco-friendly materials such as bioplastics and related products, and accelerate the joint development of new products utilizing the company's advanced manufacturing infrastructure. As part of this alliance, JALUX will acquire exclusive sales rights for deSter's products in the Japanese market, thereby strengthening its domestic sales system.

Furthermore, deSter will promote business expansion in the Japanese market by utilizing JALUX's broad customer base and sales network in Japan, including the aviation, airport, and food service industries, thereby driving brand recognition and market penetration through the deployment of its high-design and high-quality products.

By combining the strengths of both companies and constructing a new value chain that integrates "materials x products x sales channels," they will contribute to solving environmental issues in a wide range of fields, starting with the aviation industry, and achieve sustainable business growth in both Japanese and global markets.
