JALUX Inc. (Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo; President & CEO: Toshiaki Kawai; hereinafter referred to as "JALUX") was newly certified as a "Corporate Welfare Promoter" on March 13th, under the "Hataraku Ale 2026" system (supported by the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare), which recognizes and certifies corporations that are actively working to enhance and utilize employee welfare programs.

Hataraku Ale (Official Name: Employee Welfare Award and Certification System) is a system that reviews and certifies corporations engaged in the enhancement and utilization of employee welfare. With the aim of further promoting and developing employee welfare, it recognizes and certifies corporations that implement excellent welfare programs, as well as ambitious corporations that intend to improve their welfare offerings in the future.
