Jaic Receives 'Stress-free Company 2026' Award for the 5th Consecutive Year
Jaic Co., Ltd., which provides corporate training and employment support for young people, has been recognized as a 'Stress-free Company 2026' by the Stress-free Company Award Committee, managed by HR Data Lab. This marks the fifth consecutive year the company has received this award.
The 'Stress-free Company' program annually recognizes companies with excellent workplace environments based on stress check results. The selection is made from companies that have conducted stress checks using the 'Brief Job Stress Questionnaire' defined by the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare.
In fiscal year 2026, 1,233 companies were recognized out of over 10,700 eligible companies for maintaining an 'overall health risk' score of 90 or lower.
### Promoting a Stress-free Workplace Through Flexible Work and Career Support
Guided by the mission to 'let potential take flight,' Jaic is dedicated to reducing employee stress and enhancing work satisfaction through unique internal systems and a supportive culture, ensuring everyone can perform at their highest level.
**1. Creating a secure environment through flexible work styles**
To facilitate the balance between work and personal life, the company has implemented a hybrid work system based on at least two office days per week. Additionally, it has introduced an 'hourly paid leave' system and 'staggered working hours.'
Employees have reported benefits such as the ability to adjust working hours according to personal health and family schedules, and the efficiency gained by choosing their work environment—home for deep concentration or the office for team meetings and collaboration—based on the nature of their tasks.
**2. Supporting autonomous career formation and learning**
To ensure employees can work with peace of mind over the long term, Jaic offers various initiatives: the 'My Career System' for self-declaring career goals, an 'Internal Scout System' based on peer recommendations, regular career counseling with external consultants, an 'Internal Job Posting System' for new business opportunities, and an 'Alumni Hiring System.'
Furthermore, all employees undergo 'StrengthsFinder®' assessments, fostering a culture of understanding and leveraging each other's strengths. The company also requires all employees to attend training based on 'The 7 Habits®' and the 'Harada Method®' for goal achievement, while maintaining a book allowance program that pays 3,000 yen for every three reading reports submitted, fueling continuous growth and career advancement.
Jaic remains committed to fostering a workplace environment where every employee can thrive with pride.
