JAIC Co., Ltd., which operates the new graduate scout site "Future Finder®" (pronounced: Future Finder), is pleased to announce the opening of the "Future Finder®" 2028 graduate site.

■ About the New Graduate Scout Site "Future Finder®"

"Future Finder®" is a job search support site that uses a diagnostic engine based on psychometrics to create matches between recruiting companies and students.

According to the "Career Tasu Job Hunting Student Monitor 2027 Survey" (*), the job offer rate (including informal offers) for university and graduate students graduating in 2027 reached 51.7% as of March 1st, exceeding 50% for the first time and marking the highest level since the current selection schedule began in 2016 (for 2017 graduates). While the government-mandated new graduate recruitment schedule stipulates that public relations activities such as company information sessions begin on March 1st of the third year and selection processes such as interviews begin on June 1st of the fourth year, the selection process is actually accelerating.

As job hunting accelerates, students graduating in 2028 are also expected to conduct their job search within a limited time while balancing their student life, including academics, club activities, and part-time jobs. It is anticipated that a certain number of students will feel anxious about their company choices, proceeding with selections without sufficient self-understanding or company research. "Future Finder®" provides a platform where students can deepen their self-understanding through personality diagnostics and efficiently find companies that suit them, supporting them in making satisfying job hunting and company choices.

■ Features of "Future Finder®"

① New Graduate Scout Site "Future Finder®"

Through "Personality Diagnostics" that deepen self-understanding, students can find job offers that match their personality and values. Personality diagnostics are based on "typology," which classifies human personalities into several types, displaying the top three most strongly suited types out of 16. The test results include descriptions of the personality and strengths of the three suited types, which helps in deepening self-understanding.

【16 Types】

While students undergo personality diagnostics, companies also conduct organizational diagnostics to extract the characteristics of employees who are well-established and active within their company, setting a talent model (recruitment target) for their company. This allows for displaying job offers with a high match rate and receiving scouts, enabling students to find job offers that match their personality and values in a short amount of time.

② Direct Selection Matching Event "Future Finder LIVE"

This is a direct selection matching event where students can interact with multiple companies in a small group discussion format and quickly advance through the steps to an informal job offer. This year, two specialized events tailored to student needs will be held.

▼ "Stocari" - Turning Your Strengths into Weapons

All participants will take the "StrengthsFinder®" diagnostic tool, developed by Gallup, Inc. (USA), to discover their individual "talents" in advance. Based on the results, group discussions will be held to deepen understanding of one's strengths. This provides practical selection practice under the watchful eyes of companies, and participants can also receive direct feedback from HR personnel on "how those strengths resonate with companies." Focusing on "maximizing strengths" rather than "overcoming weaknesses," this event aims to cultivate practical skills for passing the main selection process in a face-to-face format.

▼ Recruitment Event Limited to Mechanical, Electrical, and Electronic Engineering Departments

This is a department-specific matching event where only carefully selected companies seeking mechanical and electrical engineering students gather.

Students can connect with multiple excellent companies at once, efficiently discovering fields where their expertise can be utilized in a short amount of time. Through small group discussions, they can hear "real voices from the field" of companies eager to recruit mechanical and electrical engineering students, and aim for early job offers through special offers.

③ Joint Company Information Session "Future Finder Career Fes in Tokyo"

In December 2026 and January 2027, a face-to-face event will be held in Tokyo, bringing together approximately 150 job seekers who are about to face the main selection process. This is an excellent opportunity to connect directly with HR personnel, efficiently research industries in one day, and experience the "realities of companies" firsthand that can only be heard in person. This can significantly broaden one's possibilities just before the main selection process.
