Bowling Alleys Nationwide Have Decreased to One-Fifth of Their Peak
According to the Japan Bowling Federation, the number of bowling alleys nationwide, which was 3,697 facilities in 1972, has decreased to 621 facilities as of 2025. (※) While the number of facilities is decreasing, bowling is also a lifelong sport that anyone of a wide range of ages can enjoy.
This event is a collaboration with Fujioka Bowl, a JAF member preferential facility, aiming to promote the appeal of bowling and revitalize local facilities.
