[JAF Shizuoka] "Adult Study Tour to Learn Safety Measures on Expressways" to be Held

The Japan Automobile Federation (JAF) Shizuoka Branch (Branch Manager: Takeshisa Onoda) will hold an "Adult Study Tour to Learn Safety Measures on Expressways" on Thursday, June 4, 2026, at the Fuji Maintenance and Service Center of Central Nippon Expressway Company Limited, Tokyo Branch (Atsuhara, Fuji City, Shizuoka Prefecture).

Let's look at the expressways we always drive on from a learning perspective!

Participants will learn about safety measures and appropriate actions to take in the event of vehicle trouble on expressways through hands-on experience. Furthermore, by observing work vehicles and safety equipment up close, participants will deepen their understanding of road maintenance and enhance their safety awareness.

Recruitment Capacity 20 people *If there are many applicants, a lottery will be held. *Minimum number of participants: 10 people

Participation Fee 100 yen per person (includes insurance fee)

Others *The event will proceed in light rain; it will be canceled in case of heavy rain or stormy weather. *In case of cancellation, participants will be notified by email by 12:00 PM on Wednesday, June 3, the day before the event.
