Hakkoda Maru Golden Week Event
For five days from May 2nd (Saturday, holiday) to May 6th (Wednesday, holiday), the 'Golden Week Event' will be held at the Seikan Renrakusen Memorial Ship 'Hakkoda Maru'. During the event period, various attractions will be held, such as a special onboard commentary corner by former engineers and a model train show. You can enjoy plans that you don't usually experience while touching on the history of the Seikan Ferry. The JAF Aomori Branch will set up a JAF booth on the 4th (Monday, holiday) and issue Children's Safety Licenses for free. The Children's Safety License is a traffic safety awareness tool modeled after a driver's license. If you challenge the traffic safety quiz, a card with your photo taken on the spot will be issued.
