[JAF Tokyo] Concluded a Cooperative Agreement on Disaster Prevention with the Tokyo Metropolitan Government

The Japan Automobile Federation (JAF) Tokyo Branch (Branch Manager: Kazuo Kato) and the Japan Automobile Dealers Association Tokyo Branch (Branch Manager: Kazuo Kato) concluded an "Agreement on Cooperative Partnership for Improving Tokyo's Disaster Prevention Capabilities" with the Tokyo Metropolitan Government, holding a signing ceremony on Monday, March 30.

Purpose and Overview of the Agreement

In Tokyo, a large number of stranded commuters is expected in the event of a large-scale disaster. This agreement aims to establish an information-sharing and cooperation system among the three parties to promote cooperation in disaster response utilizing the resources of car dealers and JAF, focusing on support for stranded commuters when a disaster occurs, in the following areas.
