Jaccs Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; Representative Directors: Kazuhiko Saito, Sakura Otsuki; hereinafter "KPMG Azusa Sustainability") for its greenhouse gas (GHG) emission data, in order to improve the reliability and transparency of the data.
In accordance with its "Sustainability Basic Policy," the Jaccs Group strives to realize a sustainable society and enhance corporate value by contributing to the resolution of environmental and social issues through its business activities.
Among environmental issues, climate change, in particular, is recognized as having a serious impact on customers, member stores, other business partners, and business activities. Therefore, Jaccs has identified "Promotion of initiatives contributing to environmental conservation" as one of its material issues and is actively working to reduce its environmental impact.
In this context, the Jaccs Group's greenhouse gas (GHG) emission data (Scope 1, 2, 3, and total) for the fiscal year 2024 (April 2024 - March 2025) underwent third-party assurance in accordance with "ISAE3410 Assurance Engagements on Greenhouse Gas Statements," an international assurance standard. A assurance report was obtained from KPMG Azusa Sustainability, the assurance provider.
This enables Jaccs to disclose more reliable and transparent data to its stakeholders.

Jaccs has expressed its support for the TCFD (Task Force on Climate-related Financial Disclosures) as part of its climate change initiatives.
