JA Amenity House Day Held at Yokohama Stadium

JA Amenity House Co., Ltd. (Head Office: Hiratsuka City, Kanagawa Prefecture, President: Tadahisa Ono), which manages approximately 22,000 rental apartments and condominiums mainly in Kanagawa Prefecture and operates JA Parking Net, maintaining an occupancy rate of 98.7% (as of the end of May 2026), will hold "JA Amenity House Day" by sponsoring a Yokohama DeNA BayStars official game held at Yokohama Stadium on July 19, 2026 (Sun) with the aim of expressing gratitude to owners and promoting interaction.

This event is being held to express our gratitude to the owners who support our business through their rental property management, and to deepen our connection with the community.

On the day of the event, in addition to inviting 500 owners of properties managed by our company, we will offer special experiences such as "Starting Lineup Kids" where participants can enter the field with the players, a "Stadium Tour" to see areas normally off-limits to the public, "Ground Practice Viewing" to observe practice sessions up close before the game, and a "Speed Gun Contest" where participants can pitch from the actual mound.

Furthermore, at a special booth between gates 3 and 4 on the Y Deck, we will hold a campaign to follow JA Amenity House's official social media accounts (Instagram, X, TikTok). Among those who visit the special booth and follow our official social media accounts, 55 winners will be selected by lottery to receive autographed goods from Yokohama DeNA BayStars players.

For those who do not win the lottery, we will also present JA Amenity House original stickers featuring the Yokohama DeNA BayStars mascot.
