JA Amenity House Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Hiratsuka City, Kanagawa Prefecture; Representative Director and President: Tadahisa Ono), which manages approximately 22,000 rental apartments and condominiums mainly in Kanagawa Prefecture and operates 'JA Parking Net,' maintaining an occupancy rate of 99.1% (as of the end of February 2026), has introduced the 'Mainichi Bisai Project' as a new initiative to become a key player in regional disaster preparedness.

【Sticker】
The sticker design adopts the motif of 'children's smiles,' based on a survivor's account from the Noto Peninsula Earthquake: 'Amidst the adults' despair, the innocent smiles of children saved the space.' It symbolizes the company's warmth and its stance of being with the community.
【Background of Introduction】
In recent years, due to the frequent occurrence of natural disasters such as earthquakes and heavy rains, cases of prolonged stoppages of essential infrastructure like water, electricity, and gas have increased.
Particularly during disasters, problems such as:
・Toilets becoming unusable due to water outages
・Equipment damage caused by drainage problems
・Tenant disputes over repair cost burdens
have occurred, highlighting the increased burden and risks for rental management companies.
The 2024 Noto Peninsula Earthquake saw severe deterioration of sanitary conditions, and the 2025 Kamakura City torrential rain caused management troubles stemming from drainage issues during water outages.
In light of these circumstances, our company believes that accumulating feasible preparations within daily operations, rather than establishing new systems or special mechanisms, is a realistic approach, and thus initiated this project. This initiative also represents an attempt to redefine management operations from the perspective of supporting residents' lives, in addition to facility management.
【Overview of the Mainichi Bisai Project】
This project consists of two stages: 'Mutual Aid Disaster Preparedness' (community contribution) where the management company prepares for the region, and 'Self-Help Disaster Preparedness' (resident enlightenment).
■Mutual Aid Disaster Preparedness (Community Contribution)
We have stocked 'Mainichi Bisai Sets (for mutual aid)' in each office/store and approximately 160 sales vehicles, establishing a system capable of providing emergency response to residents and nearby neighbors in the event of a disaster.
In conjunction, we will display stickers indicating our disaster preparedness system, promoting the 'visualization' of preparedness in the community.
■Self-Help Disaster Preparedness (Resident Enlightenment)
Through opportunities such as lease agreements, we will introduce original disaster preparedness boxes to encourage residents to prepare themselves. This aims to reduce the risk of equipment troubles and sanitation problems during disasters and to establish appropriate disaster prevention actions.
Going forward, we will continue our efforts and expand opportunities to inform residents, aiming to establish disaster response in a sustainable manner. Our company will continue to provide management services that support residents' lives, accumulating feasible initiatives as an extension of daily operations.
