Chocolate specialty store "Bel Amer" will sequentially release its popular summer glass desserts, "Jelly Cafe" and "Jelly Cream Soda," starting May 11th.

These visually refreshing and playful sweets are crafted with different textures and flavors layered in each cup.

These are limited-time desserts that reconstruct the "nostalgia" of coffee and cream soda with Bel Amer's unique chocolate sensibility.

A glass dessert with a bittersweet yet gentle taste, layering the deep aroma of coffee and the richness of chocolate.

Crushed coffee jelly and cafe au lait jelly are layered with smooth bitter chocolate cream and vanilla-flavored panna cotta, topped with milk jelly resembling foam.

Finished with white chocolate fresh cream and cocoa powder, it looks just like a cup of cafe drink.

Jelly Cream Soda

A cream soda-style glass dessert that captures a nostalgic yet refreshing summer feeling.

Based on fizzy melon soda jelly and soft melon-flavored panna cotta, nata de coco is added for an accentuating texture. The top is decorated with white chocolate fresh cream, a cherry, chocolate pieces, and silver leaf sugar, brilliantly expressing a retro-pop cream soda.
