Radio station J-WAVE (81.3FM) is calling for new members (13th cohort) for the 'J-WAVE WACODES' community, which helps shape the future of J-WAVE. Formed in 2014, J-WAVE WACODES is a community for university and vocational students dedicated to 'creating the next generation of J-WAVE with young sensibilities and flexible ideas.' They have been active across various fields within J-WAVE. Currently, members engage in diverse activities utilizing their unique personalities, such as producing podcasts and special programs where they handle everything from planning to performance, assisting as program ADs, working as staff at J-WAVE offices and events, writing for J-WAVE NEWS, managing social media accounts, and proposing original projects. At monthly meetings held at J-WAVE, members engage in meaningful discussions and planning from free perspectives. Approximately 40 diverse members are currently active, joining for various reasons such as 'I love J-WAVE!', 'I want friends to talk about radio with!', or 'I want to work in the entertainment industry in the future!' We are now looking for new members for the 13th cohort. We welcome applications from those with a burning passion, such as 'I want to do something interesting with J-WAVE' or 'I have a dream I want to realize at J-WAVE.'
