Background | "Internal Discrepancies" Revealed in the White Paper
In K2P2, through questionnaire surveys, round-table discussions, and seminars in fiscal 2025, we grasped the actual state of gender equality in labor unions, and published the results as the "K2P2 White Paper 2025" on April 1, 2026.

The white paper revealed that union executives' awareness of gender equality follows the same trend as Japanese society as a whole, and that there are variations in awareness within organizations, such as the existence of a segment that perceives it is "not a male-preferential society". These "internal discrepancies" can become a hotbed for stagnation of measures and conflicts, and need to be grasped as a risk in organizational management.
