j.union Corporation (Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo, hereinafter "the Company") has issued the "K2P2 White Paper 2025," which summarizes the results of the "K2P2 (Kumijo-Kumidan Partnership Project®)" industry-academia collaboration project promoted jointly with Professor Issei Honda of Mukogawa Women's University.
This white paper reveals through a questionnaire survey that unconscious bias (unconscious prejudice) among male executives (hereinafter "Kumidan") in labor unions is affecting gender issues. Furthermore, a roundtable discussion among Kumidan suggested the existence of an invisible conflict structure among male executives caused by differences in generations and values.

## Background of the Initiative
In recent years, as the promotion of gender equality has been demanded across society, various initiatives have been advanced in labor unions as well, such as promoting the participation of female executives (hereinafter "Kumijo") and improving their environment.
On the other hand, even with the progress of these initiatives, gender issues within organizations have not been sufficiently resolved, and there is a possibility that structural factors that cannot be fully captured by systems and mechanisms lie in the background.
To clarify the reality of these issues, this project conducted a questionnaire survey and roundtable discussion targeting Kumidan.
