### Reception and Luncheon Held Following the ceremony, a reception and luncheon were held to deepen the fellowship between new and existing employees.

At the reception, the heads of the technical departments reiterated the roles of each department and their future visions. New employees also introduced themselves. Scenes of existing employees quickly hitting it off with new hires over shared hobbies and interests were observed, making for a pleasant time.

During the luncheon, participants were divided into several groups, with one existing employee per table. The discussions ranged freely across generations, covering the rewarding aspects of work, the company atmosphere, and personal topics.
