J-BREAK Co., Ltd. focused on the challenge of "slipperiness" in daily life during shoe planning and development, leading to the creation of this product.

This product is not intended for waterproofing, but rather designed to prioritize walking stability in "slippery environments" encountered in daily life, such as crosswalks on rainy days, wet floors inside train stations, and thawing roads.

While thick-soled shoes have primarily evolved for competitive uses like running, this product has been redesigned specifically for everyday use, from the perspective of "walking safely on ordinary days."

Idea Born from the Real Experiences of a Hokkaido Native

Life in Hokkaido routinely presents situations where one must pay attention to their footing, such as snowy roads, icy surfaces, and wet roads due to thawing snow.

The sensation of walking without slipping and placing one's feet while observing road conditions is natural for those from Hokkaido.

This product was developed by re-evaluating the "structure for safe everyday walking" based on these real-life experiences.

The sensibilities cultivated in a region-specific environment have been transformed into a challenge that everyone faces in daily life and materialized as a product.

1. Thick-soled Structure Designed for Everyday Walking

Adopts a thick-soled structure that balances cushioning and stability. Designed with consideration for ground contact and center of gravity shift during walking, ensuring stability in daily movements.

2. Anti-slip Design Based on Natural Rubber

The outsole uses a natural rubber-based material. This ensures stability upon ground contact in slippery environments such as wet roads and floors.

A key feature of this product is its design focused on slip-resistance, not waterproofing.

3. Comfort with Hemp Material

Hemp powder is blended into the outsole, and hemp material is used for the insole. Designed to prioritize moisture absorption and breathability, maintaining comfort even during long hours of wear.
