Additionally, a 'Summer Tea Fest' featuring three new teas arranged from the popular No. 1 flavor 'Chardonnay Darjeeling' of iced tea will also be held.
New Parfait and Other Summer Limited Menu with Fragrant Peach
The peach season has arrived at Afternoon Tea Tearoom. The highlight is the 'Peach and Raspberry Brûlée Parfait', which layers 'Milk Brûlée' chilled with raspberry sauce as the main character, peach sauce with peaches, whipped cream with lychee and sour cream, and peach gelato. The fragrant peach aroma and cool, refreshing taste are accented by crunchy tea crumble.
The 'Peach and Earl Grey Shortcake' with fluffy sponge and 'Peach Milk Tea Lassi Float' with vanilla ice cream will also appear. The 'Afternoon Tea Set' includes original scones made with domestic wheat, apple pie, and other standard afternoon tea sweets, as well as seasonal limited sweets such as 'Mini Parfait with Peach and Brûlée' and 'Scone Sandwich with Peach and Raspberry'.
