Developed as new mango sweets gorgeously lined up on the tea stand are two types: the 'Mango Mousse Tart,' which layers diplomat cream* and homemade mango mousse on a crispy, butter-scented tart crust, and the 'Mango Shortcake,' simply crafted with moist baked genoise (sponge), chantilly cream, and fresh mango.
