ITreat Co., Ltd. According to data from the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare for Reiwa 6 (2024), 44.1% of the working population (from their 20s to 60s) do not have a habit of visiting a dental clinic regularly, meaning almost one in two people lack regular dental check-up habits.

Therefore, ITreat Co., Ltd., which handles website production and system development for dental clinics, introduced a dental visit subsidy program in September 2022 to create an environment where employees can visit the dentist without hesitation. This program subsidizes the out-of-pocket costs for dental treatment covered by insurance, and all employees, including part-time workers, can use it up to once a month.

Remarkably, the company also allows dental visits during working hours, enabling employees to receive regular maintenance and treatment without being overly constrained by work or family commitments.

As a result, even with only about 20 employees, the cumulative number of uses has reached approximately 900 (as of June 2026). On average, it is used about 20 times per month, and a culture of regular dental visits has become established among nearly all employees.
