At this exhibition, ITOKI will present its comprehensive Office3.0 solutions that support data-driven office operations. The centerpiece is 'Reserve Any', a meeting room reservation system that becomes more effective with use, resolving chronic meeting room shortages. By maximizing the utilization of limited office resources—such as meeting rooms, private booths, and seating—Reserve Any leverages AI to reduce booking hassles and address space constraints.

Additionally, ITOKI will debut the prototype of 'ITOKI OFFICE DEVICES', a device solution that uses AI to capture real-time data on office space usage. Equipped with sensors, the system collects actual occupancy data and applies AI analysis and optimization to enhance office operations and improve employee experience.
