ITFOR Inc. (Headquarters: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Koji Sakata) announces today that it has signed a distributor agreement with ComDesign Inc. (Headquarters: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Kenji Terao), the vendor of the cloud-based CTI for contact centers, 'CT-e1/SaaS'. We will jointly promote the efficiency and sophistication of contact centers for our user base, centered around financial institutions and local governments.

In recent years, responding to location-independent work styles and quickly adapting to diversifying customer needs has become an urgent task for financial institutions and local governments. This partnership aims to provide new value to contact centers by multiplying the strengths of ITFOR, which has expertise in building systems for the financial and public sectors, and ComDesign, which develops 'CT-e1/SaaS' to maximize the flexibility of cloud-based CTI.

ITFOR has supported the operational efficiency of contact centers for financial institutions and local governments, focusing on debt management systems and telephone dunning systems. On the other hand, 'CT-e1/SaaS' provided by ComDesign has been adopted in a wide range of industries as a telephony platform that offers excellent cost performance and enables flexible system integration.

With this integration of the business systems provided by ITFOR and 'CT-e1/SaaS', an environment will be established to seamlessly integrate contact center operations. This makes it possible to streamline the process from operational management to customer service, simultaneously reducing the workload of operators and improving customer satisfaction.

Furthermore, based on the 'mashup' concept promoted by 'CT-e1/SaaS', the two companies will jointly create new solutions with an eye toward flexible combinations with various systems and AI services in the future. Ultimately, we aim to advance integration development with other solutions provided by ITFOR beyond the systems mentioned above, realizing more comprehensive and high-value-added proposals. We believe this initiative is part of an effort to accelerate digital transformation, contributing to strengthening our customers' management foundations and improving the customer experience.
