ISSEN GLOBAL Inc. (Headquarters: Nagoya, Aichi Prefecture; CEO: Hinata Katayama) is launching an initiative to provide corporate PCs equipped with 'NemoClaw', an NVIDIA open-source platform that enables the safe business application of AI agents. Prior to the launch, we will begin recruiting small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) as pre-verification partners starting May 1, 2026.

"Ask Mr./Ms. So-and-so about that matter" —— How many times a day does this phrase fly around your company?
We have asked this question to numerous SME executives over the past three years. Most of the answers we received were "Probably every day," "I've never counted," or "Work stops if Mr./Ms. So-and-so isn't here."

According to a survey by the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications, approximately 70% of Japanese SMEs cite a shortage of IT personnel as a challenge. The reality is that the so-called 'one-person IT department' or 'zero IT department' with no dedicated IT staff has become the norm.

On the other hand, a growing number of companies are considering the introduction of generative AI tools. However, the voices we repeatedly heard in the field were like this:

"I'm interested. But there's no one to set it up."
"The setup looked difficult, so we ended up not doing it."
"I'm concerned about security, but I don't know where to start."

Through providing AI/DX consulting in Nagoya, our CEO, Katayama, arrived at a conviction. What SMEs need is not just 'consulting for adopting AI'.
What they need is another option: 'A PC where the AI is already running as soon as you turn on the power.'

[NemoClaw —— Another AI created by NVIDIA for 'AI Safety']
NemoClaw is an open-source AI agent platform announced by NVIDIA, the world's largest AI semiconductor company, at GTC 2026 in March 2026.

NemoClaw is built on top of 'OpenClaw', an open-source AI agent platform that has seen unprecedentedly rapid adoption in recent years. OpenClaw is a system that runs an AI agent (Claw) constantly in the PC, autonomously handling tasks. In his keynote at GTC 2026, NVIDIA CEO Jensen Huang said, "If Mac or Windows is the OS of a personal computer, OpenClaw is the OS of personal AI."

However, OpenClaw had its challenges. There was not a sufficient safety management system for companies to use it with peace of mind. The risks of internal confidential information leaking to the cloud, AI returning incorrect information, or unauthorized connections with external services —— NemoClaw was born to make it safe for corporate use through a three-layer structure: a sandbox that isolates the AI agent at the OS layer, a policy engine that the agent itself cannot rewrite, and a privacy router that keeps confidential data local.

Furthermore, it is equipped with a privacy router that keeps confidential data local while entrusting only advanced processing to the cloud. It is a self-evolving AI that learns new skills within the scope of its guardrails the more you use it.
