Ishikatsu Exterior to Exhibit at 'NATURE TECH!' with 3D/AI Technology

Our developed AI Environmental Operator (NIA) will support future environmental operations

　Ishikatsu Exterior Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Setagaya-ku, Tokyo, Representative Director and President: Shin'go Oogashi, hereinafter referred to as 'the Company') will co-exhibit with Tokyu Land Holdings Corporation at the 'NATURE TECH!' exhibition, which will be held alongside the 'Global Nature Positive Summit 2026 [GLOBAL NATURE POSITIVE SUMMIT 2026 (GNPS 2026)]' in Kumamoto City, Kumamoto Prefecture from July 14 (Tue) to July 15 (Wed), 2026. Note that our company is an affiliate of Tokyu Land Holdings Corporation.

　For over half a century since its founding, the Company has promoted a transformation from 'landscape gardening' to 'environmental greening services' under the new purpose of 'A Well-green World where both greenery and people shine brightly' (creating spaces where people can be truly happy). To contribute to the regeneration of the environment and sustainable greenery in response to global issues such as climate change and biodiversity loss, we have been implementing our cultivated technologies through Nature Positive and Green Infrastructure in society.

　Additionally, as part of our DX initiatives, we established the 'bionia studio (Bionia Studio)' business division in April 2026 to promote solutions for environmental issues, including greenery, through TransTech (*1) for the next generation. At this exhibition, we will introduce our challenges towards realizing our company's purpose of 'A Well-green World where both greenery and people shine brightly' through the development of 3D spatial technology and AI Environmental Operator by bionia studio.

*Note 1) TransTech (Transformative Technology): Refers to a group of technologies that utilize AI, 3D spatial technology, etc., to enhance people's well-being (mental and physical health and happiness) and transform society for the better.

■ About the Global Nature Positive Summit

　The 'Global Nature Positive Summit 2026' is an international conference where leaders from corporations, financial institutions, local governments, researchers, and civil society gather to achieve the common global goal of 'stopping the loss of nature and shifting to a recovery trajectory by 2030'. This summit is not just about environmental protection but also an important venue for discussing the direction of corporate supply chains and future industries, recognizing Nature Positive as a new opportunity for economic growth.

　At the concurrent exhibition 'NATURE TECH!', cutting-edge technologies and solutions that support the conservation and restoration of natural capital and biodiversity will be introduced.

　Our company will co-exhibit with Tokyu Land Holdings Corporation, introducing the Group's initiatives related to Nature Positive and practical examples of landscape business that connect people and nature. Furthermore, our Group has been working to preserve biodiversity and enhance the value of regional environments through the creation of landscapes aimed at the coexistence of cities and nature. Through this exhibition, our company will also communicate the creation of new economic value through the good cycle of corporate activities and natural capital.
