Ishikatsu Exterior Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Setagaya-ku, Tokyo; President: Shingo Oshiba; hereinafter "the Company") announces that it has redefined its corporate philosophy. To embody the worldview aimed at by the new corporate philosophy, the Company will completely renew its corporate website on Tuesday, March 31.

■ New Corporate Philosophy of Ishikatsu Exterior
The Company has redefined the thought "With Greenery," which it has cherished since its founding in 1972, as a "Corporate Message" that remains unshaken even as times change. With this universal spirit at the core, to more clearly indicate our intentions in modern society, we have formulated a new purpose: "To a Well-green World where both greenery and people shine vividly."
In this purpose, we define a world where nature and people coexist and both continue to shine vividly as a "Well-green World." It embodies the Company's unwavering determination to pursue the creation of spaces where people can spend their time truly happily, while sincerely addressing worsening environmental issues and complex social issues.
To realize the Company's purpose, we have re-clarified the promises the Company must keep as our values. By making them promises to fulfill to the stakeholders surrounding the Company, such as customers, local communities, and employees, we will work towards realizing our purpose.

■ Environmental Greening Services to Realize the Purpose
The Company will evolve from a conventional landscaping and management business into a company that provides "environmental greening services" to society. We will expand our business scope from "landscaping," which targets the natural environment, to the entire environment, including people's living environments and lifestyles, and focus on providing new value to people through greenery.
As a company providing environmental greening services, we have reorganized our business into three business areas: "Environmental Consulting," "Landscaping Construction," and "Management and Operation." The "Environmental Consulting" business supports the promotion of sustainability management of companies and local governments, such as supporting the acquisition of environmental certifications. In the "Landscaping Construction" business, we handle landscape development work centered on planting in various spaces such as cities, facilities, and residences. In the "Management and Operation" business, we achieve the healthy growth and sustainability of green spaces through meticulous management considering plant characteristics and site environments.
