ISF NET Inc. (Head Office: Minato-ku, Tokyo / President and CEO: Yukiyoshi Watanabe, hereinafter ISF NET) is pleased to announce that it has been certified as a "Prime Partner" by HBA Corporation (Head Office: Sapporo, Hokkaido / President and Representative Director: Kazuo Shirahata, hereinafter "HBA").

◆Background of Partnership Agreement

HBA provides a wide range of high-quality services, primarily software development, to local governments, public offices, and distribution companies in Hokkaido, and has also been strongly focusing on infrastructure business in recent years.

ISF NET and HBA have gradually deepened their collaboration through continuous communication since business began in 2006. They have accumulated a wide range of reliable achievements, from critical infrastructure for public offices and local governments to spot construction projects.

As of June 1, 2026, a stable cooperative structure has been established, with 7 ISF NET engineers engaged in projects.

This certification was achieved not only because past transaction performance met the certification criteria, but also due to high evaluation of ISF NET's engineers' comprehensive operational capabilities, including their "high IT skills" and "portable skills (humanity)" such as their desire for growth, creativity, and dedication to customers.

This certification targets 22 companies in the Sapporo area and 27 companies in the Tokyo area. Among these, ISF NET is the first company to be selected that provides infrastructure-related services.
