◆ Background of the Partnership Agreement
Since starting business transactions in June 2021, ISF NET and Qsol have deepened their collaboration step by step through continuous communication. As of April 1, 2026, a stable cooperative structure has been established, with 22 ISF NET engineers engaged.
This time, for the purpose of further strengthening the structure and improving quality and productivity, we have decided to formally conclude a partnership to develop the previous project-based collaborative relationship into a stronger inter-company relationship.
◆ Main Initiatives Through Collaboration
Following the conclusion of this partnership, both companies will promote the following initiatives from April 2026 onwards:
1. Strengthening the Structure through Information Sharing and Technical Exchange
By closely exchanging information with Qsol, we will assess the necessary engineer skills and personnel, and respond appropriately and promptly. In addition, when new issues or projects arise, we will be able to make prompt proposals.
Furthermore, we are considering study sessions hosted by Qsol aimed at technical exchange, and both companies aim for the further development of the IT field.
2. Joint Research for Quality and Productivity Improvement
Both companies will promote the standardization of technical research and development, and in particular, conduct research aimed at improving productivity by utilizing AI.
3. Joint Initiatives for "Health and Productivity Management"
ISF NET also endorses the health and productivity management initiatives promoted by Qsol, and will jointly implement monitoring and countermeasures for overworked employees, recommendation of no-overtime days, anti-smoking measures, and safety and health activities to promote the creation of an environment where engineers can easily work.
4. Regular Communication Including Management Levels
Through regular meetings between the top management of both companies and annual partner meetings, we will strive for continuous information exchange and relationship strengthening.
