This partnership will strongly accelerate the development and deployment of a unique, new delivery model that leverages Miro as an interface for generative AI (UI for AI) within the Company’s proposed 'Zeroth DX' framework, enabling seamless end-to-end support from consulting to system implementation through 'AI-driven development'.

Background of the Partnership

As digital transformation (DX) progresses, AI utilization is evolving from the individual level to the organizational level. A company’s competitiveness now hinges on how effectively it can leverage AI as a team and integrate it into operations and decision-making. However, many companies face complex challenges, such as strategic initiatives becoming hollow due to a lack of real-time visibility from management to frontline operations, or failing to capture scattered 'unarticulated intentions (tacit knowledge)' within the organization, leading to misalignment at the requirements definition stage.

With this partnership, we aim to drive fundamental transformation by integrating Miro—an 'AI Innovation Workspace' that updates organizational culture—into our internal system development support process. Miro will be positioned not merely as a collaboration tool, but as a 'UI for AI', visualizing scattered information resources and chaotic pre-requirement conditions within the client organization on an infinite visual canvas. By enabling management (decision-makers) and frontline teams to share the same perspective, we enhance the accuracy of strategic execution.

An 'Agile' Approach to Rapidly Connect Visual Intentions to Development

The intentions of management and frontline teams visualized on the canvas will be transformed into actionable strategies and roadmaps using Agile principles. By clearly defining the priority of business challenges and responding flexibly to changes, we structurally prevent 'false requirements (misalignment)' at the definition stage.

Product Development by Next-Generation 'Engineers' Collaborating with AI

The established strategy will be connected to a development process where AI autonomously executes tasks. For development teams, we will integrate AI-powered automatic mockup generation and workflow automation, practicing next-generation engineering to significantly shorten time-to-market.
