Under this co-creation system, efficiency verification is progressing in two areas:

1. 'Efficiency in Customer Operations'
The introduction of the generative AI-powered meeting minutes automation app 'Menkikun' has brought dramatic changes to field operations. This app automates everything from transcribing meeting audio to formatting it into specific templates. Currently, 8,000 employees are active monthly users. By enabling the creation of high-precision drafts with the push of a button, it has eliminated the work of 'writing meeting minutes,' allowing bank employees to focus on higher value-added tasks such as customer interaction and strategy planning.

2. 'Efficiency in Development Processes'
To standardize development flows and ensure consistent quality in large-scale development environments, the Company utilizes custom extensions that give generative AI specific professional skills and the ability to link with external tools. This enables high-quality, consistent output based on defined standard processes even in projects with many participating engineers. Furthermore, by combining this with 'Agentic Search' (autonomous search), the Company has established an advanced implementation flow that accurately analyzes vast existing documents and specifications and reflects them directly in the source code. This eliminates errors caused by human interpretation and minimizes rework from design to coding, resulting in stable development quality and shortened lead times.
