WhiteBox Co., Ltd. Announces Exceeding 300 Million Yen in 'WhiteBox PayAssist' Usage Balance

Information Strategy Technology Co., Ltd. (Shibuya-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director and President Jun Takai; hereinafter 'the Company'), a group company involved in SaaS business for SI/SES providers, WhiteBox Co., Ltd. (Shibuya-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director and President Shota Kawahara) announces that the usage balance of its service 'WhiteBox PayAssist', released in a closed beta on September 22, 2025, exceeded 300 million yen in March 2026.

■ Service Overview

Many SI/SES businesses face cash flow issues, such as a time lag in cash flow where labor costs are incurred before sales revenue is received, and a lack of investment capacity for sales and marketing costs. Furthermore, administrative management costs associated with individual transfers and reconciliation for a vast number of business partners also pose a significant burden.

This service is a payment platform that solves these problems in one go. It achieves both efficiency through centralized management of payment operations and improved flexibility in fund management.

・Payment Agent Service: Ordering companies make a lump-sum payment to our affiliated partners on the conventional site. This reduces individual transfers and payment reconciliation work.

・Optional Early Receipt: Partner companies and freelancers can receive payments early at their desired timing (3% fee).

・Payment Term Extension (up to 60 days): Secures room for reserving tens of millions of yen in funds (optional plan).

■ History and Background

Since its closed beta release in September 2025, we have been providing highly effective solutions, including reinvestment simulation functions utilizing generative AI, to address the unique cash flow challenges of the SI/SES industry.

The usage balance exceeded 100 million yen in January 2026 and 200 million yen in February of the same year. Since then, the utilization scale of existing users has continued to expand, and the number of new participating companies has increased, resulting in a net increase of 100 million yen in the last month alone. As a result, the cumulative usage balance has surpassed 300 million yen, rapidly increasing its market presence approximately six months after its release.

■ Current Status and Future Prospects of the Service

This service, which began with the joint FinTech research announcement on September 11, 2025, has received highly accurate and practical feedback from many companies through its closed beta version. We are confident that breaking the 300 million yen mark in a short period demonstrates the strong demand for “liquidity of funds” within the industry.

Currently, we are in the final stages of feature expansion for the official release of the open version.
