KDDI Airell Revamps Comprehensive AI Solution Suite 'gaipack'

KDDI Airell Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo; President and Representative Director: Shugo Takaki; hereinafter KDDI Airell), an AI integrator that combines cloud/multi-cloud implementation experience with cutting-edge AI technologies to accelerate the social implementation of AI, has revamped the brand architecture of its solution suite 'gaipack' that comprehensively supports corporate AI introduction and utilization, and begins offering new service structure from today.

This rebranding targets corporate AX (AI Transformation) promotion officers and management, reorganizing into a structure that makes it easier to select the optimal AI solution according to the customer's business phase. This strongly promotes corporate AX and in-house AI development.

■ Background of brand renewal

While the generative AI market is rapidly expanding, the reality that 'introduced but no results' is becoming apparent in corporate settings. In the previous 'gaipack', many services were lined up horizontally, and all service names were prefixed with 'AI', making it difficult for customers to understand each service's role and the priority they should address. Now that AI has entered a competitive environment where it is taken for granted, we judged that a brand system showing a phased roadmap of 'what to start with and how to develop' rather than a mere list of technologies was essential, leading to this renewal.

Through the reorganization into the new brand architecture, customers can now choose the optimal solution suited to their situation without hesitation, from the initial stage of 'what to start with AI' to actual system development and internal data assetization.

1. Clear brand hierarchy reorganization

Under the master brand 'gaipack', we organized into three layers: 'AI-Driven Development (How)' covering the development process, 'AI Utilization Base (Base)' supporting AI introduction and operation at each phase, and 'AI Utilization Products (What)' deploying the knowledge hub 'gaibot'.

2. Response to customer success journey

We have prepared services corresponding to four phases: 'Entry to Introduction', 'In-house Development/Education', 'Execution/Development', and 'Expansion/Operation'. We have built a system where customers can choose the optimal solution that matches their situation without confusion.
