The "Laundry" is equipped with one washer/dryer and one two-tier dryer. Gas clothes dryers can dry faster than electric ones and finish softly. It reduces the burden of housework by allowing comfortable washing and drying of futons that are difficult to wash at home and when there is a lot of laundry.
We also installed a "Charging Locker" where the battery of an electric-assist bicycle can be charged, which is the first adoption in Kanagawa Prefecture*.
