At Ramen Station Kamata, under the supervision of 'Ramen Kasumi', a highly acclaimed representative restaurant in Osaka selected as one of the top 100 shops for 9 consecutive years, we offer our first-ever completely pork-free ramen lineup.
With excellent access from Haneda Airport, the gateway to the sky, the lineup is designed to be enjoyed by a wide range of people from both Japan and abroad, so please drop by when you are in the neighborhood!
Chicken salt ramen
We combine an exquisitely flavorful salt soup made from carefully selected natural ingredients such as Hokkaido kelp, dried shiitake mushrooms, aromatic vegetables, and dried seafood flakes, with dried chicken flakes and chicken oil for a highly aromatic finish.
Shrimp salt ramen
A bowl that combines our specially crafted aromatic oil, boasting the umami and rich aroma of dried shrimp, with a deeply flavorful salt soup. It is characterized by the gentle savory taste of shrimp.
Spicy shrimp salt ramen
To the Shrimp salt ramen, we add our original chutney blended with green chili and multiple spices, along with the refreshing acidity of lemon. This results in a highly aromatic, spicy ramen that enhances the umami of the shrimp.
