Fujita General Lease Co., Ltd. (Head Office: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; President & CEO: Hiroaki Oda; hereinafter 'Fujita Lease'), announces that its consolidated subsidiary Invoice Co., Ltd. (Head Office: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; President & CEO: Sei Nandami; hereinafter 'Invoice') has concluded a business agreement with The Higo Bank, Ltd. (Head Office: Chuo-ku, Kumamoto City; President & CEO: Yoshinaga Kasahara; hereinafter 'Higo Bank') to promote support for reducing practical workloads related to sustainability operations.

This agreement aims to alleviate the burden of CO₂ emission calculation tasks for client companies by integrating Higo Bank's CO₂ emission calculation support tool 'Tansakun' with Invoice's 'OneVoice Energy Data,' thereby supporting continuous emission monitoring and the advancement of decarbonization management.

Higo Bank supports client companies' decarbonization initiatives through the provision of the 'Tansakun' tool and the promotion of sustainable finance. However, many client companies have expressed concerns about the significant practical burden involved in collecting, organizing, and inputting invoice data to track energy consumption, citing challenges in accuracy, continuity, and timeliness.

In response to these challenges, Higo Bank has signed this business agreement and initiated integration with 'OneVoice Energy Data' to enhance its decarbonization support services for client companies.

'OneVoice Energy Data,' provided by Invoice, is a service that leverages electricity and gas invoice data to streamline the collection and management of energy data required for CO₂ emission calculations. When used in conjunction with 'Tansakun's' calculation support, it significantly reduces the workload from data preparation to final calculation, enabling continuous and accurate emission tracking.
