<What is the European Battery Regulation (A New Global Standard Taking Effect in 2025)>

The European Battery Regulation is a new legal regulation scheduled to take effect on August 18, 2025, and sets comprehensive requirements for all batteries circulating within the EU from the following perspectives:

• Supply Chain Transparency

In the future, the following requirements will be gradually mandated:

• Carbon Footprint Declaration (2027~)

• Due Diligence on Critical Raw Materials (August 2027~)

• Minimum Recycled Content Declaration (2028~)
