Hotel InterContinental Tokyo Bay (Location: 1-16-2 Kaigan, Minato-ku, Tokyo; General Manager: Hiroyuki Miyata) will reopen its "Club InterContinental Lounge," located on the 20th floor overlooking Tokyo Bay, with a fresh new look on April 1, 2026. For breakfast, in addition to a buffet, guests can choose their favorite hot dish, including two new menu items, offering a more extensive lineup. Furthermore, some high-floor guest rooms have also undergone renovations to their bedheads and lighting, transforming them into spaces where guests can enjoy a more comfortable and luxurious stay.

The lounge, designed to create a sophisticated and tranquil space where light and sea intertwine, features a unified color scheme based on white, black, and blue, resulting in a refined design that harmonizes with its location overlooking Tokyo Bay. The sea-themed carpet delicately depicts bubbles, fish swimming in the open ocean, and whale sharks, expressing a serene underwater world. Semi-transparent natural alabaster (gypsum) is used for the lighting, gently enveloping the space in soft light.
Furthermore, iridescent glass tiles in black and white have been incorporated, creating diverse expressions with changes in light and adding a touch of sophistication to the space. Additionally, a new "Common Space" equipped with high tables has been established. This area can also be used as a private room depending on the purpose, thanks to sliding partitions, transforming it into a space capable of accommodating a wider range of scenarios.
