這個企劃的開端,是株式会社インター・アート・コミッティーズ的代表取締役社長皆川先生,與他中學時代的籃球隊對手、現任杏林大學籃球隊監督的金田先生重逢。

經歷能登半島地震後,面對劇變的景觀,兩人談論著「我們現在能做些什麼?」石川縣本來就是籃球盛行的地區。「透過運動的力量,應該能為城市找回活力,讓孩子們露出笑容。」兩人純粹的心願,便成了這次籃球祭的種子。



正因為羽咋的據點受災,才看見了什麼

株式会社インター・アート・コミッティーズ為核心組成的IAC集團所營運的「千里濱渚駕訓班」,據點設於羽咋市。雖然校舍和設備因震災受損,但教練們親自投入復原工作,為了守護當地居民的生活,比任何地方都早一步重新開始營業。

目前修繕工程仍在進行中。
