From Small Steps to Big Transformations: Unleashing AI's Potential with Data - Launch of "Data Driven AI Introduction Support Service"

NTT Data Advanced Technology Corporation (Headquarters: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; President: Fujiwara Takeshi; hereinafter: NTT Data Advanced Technology) will add the "Data Driven AI Introduction Support Service" (hereinafter, "this service"), which supports the introduction of AI systems utilizing Oracle AI Database and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) AI-related services, to its "INTELLILINK Hybrid Platform for Oracle" service, and will begin offering it from April 16, 2026.

In recent years, expectations for AI utilization in companies have been rapidly increasing due to the advancement of generative AI and machine learning technologies. On the other hand, many companies are not fully leveraging the effects of AI introduction due to challenges such as "not knowing how to utilize existing data for AI," "concerns about ensuring security and data governance," and "AI introduction not taking root in operations, remaining only at the planning or PoC (Proof of Concept) stage."

This service supports AI introduction by appropriately combining various OCI services and functions according to the customer's vision and strategy. NTT Data Advanced Technology has extensive implementation and operational experience with Oracle Exadata Cloud@Customer and OCI in multi-cloud environments including major public clouds, on-premises, and hybrid configurations. Based on this experience, it proposes AI introduction utilizing Oracle AI Database and OCI AI-related services. Centered on "data utilization capabilities" that safely consolidate diverse information, including existing data, and link it to analysis and decision-making, which determines the success or failure of AI introduction, the service collaborates with optimal services and functions to generate valuable answers and insights.

Moving forward, NTT Data Advanced Technology will work to support AI introduction that aligns with customer visions to meet the accelerating needs for AI utilization in companies.

[Background]
In October 2025, "Oracle AI Database 26ai," a new Long Term Support Release for Oracle AI Database, was released. "Oracle AI Database 26ai" adds various functions that enable a wide range of AI applications to the data platform, which has cultivated high reliability and performance as Oracle AI Database. Furthermore, "Oracle AI Data Platform," a comprehensive platform that securely connects major generative AI models with corporate data, applications, and workflows, was also released simultaneously. "Oracle AI Data Platform" is a powerful enterprise-ready foundation for data and AI, enabling the creation and deployment of agent-based applications by combining the capabilities of OCI, Oracle Autonomous AI Database, and OCI's generative AI services.

NTT Data Advanced Technology, which has been involved in the introduction, operation, and utilization support of Oracle AI Database/OCI for many years, has also been verifying these services and has now added the "Data Driven AI Introduction Support Service" to the "INTELLILINK Hybrid Platform for Oracle" to support their introduction. By using this service, customers can introduce AI that "utilizes data" with Oracle AI Database/OCI more safely and efficiently compared to carrying out the process themselves.

[Overview of Data Driven AI Introduction Support Service]
This service aims to enable customers, whether new or existing, to introduce valuable AI systems that leverage various data. This service supports the introduction of AI systems by combining appropriate OCI services (including "OpenCanvas Type-Oracle Alloy*") and Oracle AI Database functions. Customers can select and use individual services according to their company's AI system introduction objectives, vision, and scale.
