NTT DATA INTELLILINK aims to achieve 2,500 sales of this product by the end of fiscal year 2026 by further advancing collaboration with Hinemos alliance companies (*1) and companies handling Hinemos.

'Hinemos' is an OSS integrated operation management software that provides necessary functions for integrated operation management, such as 'collection and storage,' 'visualization and analysis,' and 'automation' in a single package. In the operation management software field, where there are few options other than using a combination of single-function tools, Hinemos facilitates seamless integration between the functions required to execute operation management tasks, as well as easy product deployment and maintenance, reducing total operational costs. Furthermore, both functions and license costs are cloud-compatible, enabling integrated management of hybrid clouds, including cloud management functions and mission-critical functions that realize operational availability on the cloud.

The vast amount of system-specific operational information held by Hinemos can be automatically passed to generative AI services tailored to the user's needs. Through such mechanisms, tasks ranging from confirming daily operational status to initial troubleshooting when failures occur can be entrusted to generative AI, greatly contributing to the efficiency of operational tasks.
