IntegriCulture Inc. (Headquarters: Fujisawa City, Kanagawa Prefecture, CEO: Yuki Hanyu, hereinafter referred to as "IntegriCulture"), which is working to create new industries in "cell-based agriculture" (*), has signed a joint development agreement with Oisix Ra Daichi Inc. (Headquarters: Shinagawa Ward, Tokyo, President and CEO: Kohei Takashima, hereinafter referred to as "Oisix Ra Daichi"), a company that develops food subscription services, on January 22, 2026.

(*) Cell-based agriculture: An industry that cultivates animal and plant cells to produce food and resources. Furthermore, to strengthen this partnership, we have decided to participate in the "Niigata Food Tech Town Concept" promoted by Oisix Ra Daichi and NSG Group starting March 2026. By merging the strengths of both companies, we aim to create unique "regional brand-based cell-cultured foods" that leverage Niigata's rich food resources, a world-first initiative.

Background and Objective: Transforming Technology into "Culture." Fusion of Regional Resources and Cell-Based Agriculture As the societal implementation of cell-based agriculture accelerates globally, cell-cultured foods are required to go beyond being mere "alternative foods" and to create "stories" and "high added value" that are loved by consumers. This project combines IntegriCulture's cell culture technology with Oisix Ra Daichi's accumulated marketing know-how and product development capabilities. By utilizing regional resources such as Niigata Prefecture's famous water and agricultural products in cell-based agriculture, we will explore the potential for "cell-cultured foods with a unique Niigata story," presenting a new model for regional revitalization and sustainable food production.

Roles of Each Company In this joint development, both companies will undertake the following roles to enable rapid research and development and product consideration: ・IntegriCulture's Role: Sample prototyping of cell-cultured foods and evaluation of prototypes. ・Oisix Ra Daichi's Role: Menu development using cell-cultured foods, product prototyping, and evaluation of prototypes.

Future Outlook During 2026, we will proceed with the development of Niigata brand cell-cultured foods, and plan to concretely design the development schedule in April 2026. Through this "Niigata Food Tech Town Concept," we will demonstrate that cell-based agriculture can be an "infrastructure for everyone to use," revitalizing specific regional economies and enriching food culture. 【Company Overviews】 ■ About IntegriCulture Inc. With the vision of "cell-based agriculture for everyone," IntegriCulture has developed the "CulNet® System," a low-cost and versatile cell culture platform. We challenge ourselves to create new regional businesses, including cell-cultured foods, cosmetics, and materials, by utilizing local famous waters and underutilized resources, contributing to the realization of a sustainable food future and an affluent society.

※What is the CulNet® System・・・ It is the world's first versatile cell culture platform that cultivates cells cheaply and in large quantities by simulating the environment within an animal body. Its greatest feature is that it utilizes the cells' own ability to produce growth factors (nutrients) without external addition, simultaneously reducing the cost of cell-cultured foods and their environmental impact.
