IntegriCulture Inc. (Headquarters: Fujisawa City, Kanagawa Prefecture; Representative Director & CEO: Yuki Hanyu; hereinafter "IntegriCulture"), which is working to create a new industry through "cellular agriculture" (*), has concluded a joint development agreement with Oisix ra daichi Inc. (Headquarters: Shinagawa-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director & President: Kohei Takashima; hereinafter "Oisix ra daichi"), which operates food subscription services, effective January 22, 2026.

(*) Cellular agriculture: An industry that produces food and resources by growing animal and plant cells.

Furthermore, to solidify this partnership, we have decided to participate in the "Niigata Food Tech Town Concept" promoted by Oisix ra daichi and the NSG Group starting in March 2026. By combining the strengths of both companies, we aim to create a globally unprecedented "regional brand cell-based food" that utilizes Niigata's rich food resources.

■ Background and Purpose: Turning Technology into "Culture". Fusion of Regional Resources and Cellular Agriculture

As the social implementation of cellular agriculture accelerates globally, cell-based foods are required to create a "story" and "high added value" that is loved by consumers, going beyond their function as mere "alternative foods."

In this project, we will multiply IntegriCulture's cell culture technology with the marketing know-how and product development capabilities that Oisix ra daichi has cultivated. By utilizing regional resources such as Niigata Prefecture's famous water and agricultural products in cellular agriculture, we will explore the possibilities of "cell-based foods with a story unique to Niigata," presenting a new model for regional revitalization and sustainable food production.

■ Division of Roles Between the Two Companies

In this joint development, the two companies will take on the following roles to conduct speedy research and development and commercialization studies.

・IntegriCulture's role: Prototype production of cell-based food samples and evaluation of prototypes.
・Oisix ra daichi's role: Menu development using cell-based food, product prototyping, and evaluation of prototypes.

■ Future Outlook

During 2026, we will advance the development of Niigata brand cell-based food, and we plan to specifically design a development schedule in April 2026.

Through this "Niigata Food Tech Town Concept," we will prove that cellular agriculture is an "infrastructure everyone can use" that revitalizes specific regional economies and enriches food culture.

■ About IntegriCulture Inc.

With the vision of "Cellular Agriculture for Everyone," we have developed the "CulNet® System," a low-cost, highly versatile cell culture platform. We are taking on the challenge of creating new regional businesses, such as cell-based foods, cosmetics, and materials utilizing famous waters and unutilized resources from various regions, contributing to the realization of a sustainable food future and a prosperous society.

*What is the CulNet® System?
It is the world's first versatile cell culture platform that cultivates cells cheaply and in large quantities by artificially reproducing the environment inside an animal's body. Its most prominent feature is that it utilizes the power generated by the cells themselves without externally adding expensive cell growth factors (nutritional components), simultaneously achieving cost reduction and reduced environmental impact for cell-based foods.
