Intersect Communications Inc. (Headquarters: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; President & CEO: Tam Gyokuhou; hereinafter referred to as "the Company"), which operates in fields such as DX, inbound tourism support, and cashless payments, conducted a corporate exchange class for international students in the business class at Mitsumine Career Academy, a Japanese language school located in Shinjuku Ward. This initiative was implemented as the first phase of regional collaboration with "Criacao Shinjuku," a soccer club belonging to the Japan Football League (JFL), with whom the Company has a partnership agreement. In this class, members of the Company's Overseas Advertising Promotion Group served as instructors, introducing the students to working in Japanese companies and the work styles of global corporations, while also engaging in an exchange of opinions with the students. A total of 31 international students participated: 20 in the morning class and 11 in the afternoon class.

Class Content During the class, students participated in group discussions about careers and corporate culture when working in Japanese companies. Practical exchange was conducted through Q&A sessions with the students.

The students asked questions such as: ・Conditions Japanese companies look for in prospective employees ・Communication methods between foreign and Japanese employees ・Reasons why Japanese companies hire international students ・Abilities required to succeed in a global company ・Team atmosphere and work styles

Additionally, many questions were posed that frankly expressed expectations and anxieties about working in Japan, such as: "Are there any considerations when working with foreign employees?" "What is required to succeed in a global company?"

Background of This Initiative This special class was held as part of the regional collaboration with "Criacao Shinjuku," a soccer club with whom the Company entered into a partnership agreement in 2026.

Criacao Shinjuku aims to create value in the city of Shinjuku by connecting the local community and businesses through soccer.

As a company operating in Tokyo, an international city including Shinjuku, the Company is also advancing initiatives that contribute to the vitality of the city and the development of future human resources through interaction with international students and younger generations gathered in the region.
