(Headquarters: Ginowan City, Okinawa Prefecture, President and CEO: Takahide Usui, hereinafter "Interactive") is pleased to announce that its region-specific job matching service "Job Antenna" has surpassed a cumulative total of 3,500 companies using its service across nine regions: Okinawa, Hokkaido, Fukuoka, Kumamoto, Kyoto, Kagoshima, Ehime, Toyama, and Yamagata, as of July 1, 2026 (Wed).

About Job Antenna

Job Antenna is a "region-specific job matching service" that combines a rich number of job postings with a two-way matching function. Both posted jobs and registered members are specialized to their respective regions, which is a characteristic that helps prevent hiring mismatches. The matching system incorporates the "Ii Kamo!" (I like it!) feature, where interested companies and job seekers send signals to each other, enabling "proactive recruitment" for highly cost-effective hiring activities.

Job Antenna launched its service in Okinawa in 2016. In 2021, it expanded to Hokkaido as its first regional expansion, launching services specialized for companies within the prefecture in collaboration with Hokkaido Shimbun. Since 2022, the company has been expanding nationwide with the concept of "a platform connecting companies and people in local regions." Entering the job and career media markets in Fukuoka, followed by Kumamoto, Kyoto, Kagoshima, Ehime, Toyama, and Yamagata, Interactive has launched and operates Job Antenna in these areas.

As a "job and career media where local people can find companies they want to work for," the service has been utilized by various companies, large and small, in each region, leading to the cumulative number of user companies exceeding 3,500. Furthermore, the total number of registered members across the nine regions exceeds 150,000, and the cumulative number of matches since service launch*1 is over 280,000. Once both parties mutually match, a "mutual Ii Kamo!" is established, after which communication can proceed via chat. The casual and prompt contact through "Ii Kamo!" enhances job seeker engagement and leads to successful hiring. Additionally, by sending the regional original "Super Ii Kamo!" (Super I like it!), users can express a stronger interest to the recipient company or job seeker.
