・'283Crepe' (Representative: Keisuke Noto), a popular crepe shop located in Aoya Town, Tottori City, opened its second store in Matsue City, Shimane Prefecture in March 2026. Located approximately a 7-minute walk from Matsue Station, the aim is to allow more people to enjoy crepes.

Despite its location on the outskirts of town, the shop attracts many customers on weekends, with wait times sometimes reaching up to 60 minutes.

The most distinctive feature of 283Crepe is its commitment to fresh cream. Instead of using pre-made cream, they whip it carefully in-house and manage its temperature to achieve a light, melt-in-your-mouth texture. While this means they cannot produce large quantities at once, more and more fans are visiting, saying they are willing to wait for it. To ensure customers can enjoy a different experience each visit, they also focus on offering seasonal limited-time menus using fruits sourced directly from producers.

The interior was DIY-crafted by the owner, who comes from the construction industry. The aim was not only to create a photogenic space but also a comfortable environment for families with small children.

It is a space filled with the passion of the owner couple, who run the shop while raising three children.

Driven by the desire to let more people enjoy their crepes, they decided to open a store in Matsue City, a larger population center, which opened on March 24th (Tuesday).

Meanwhile, the original store in Aoya Town will continue to operate as usual. The population of Aoya Town has been declining since the Great Heisei Merger. One of their goals is to increase the number of visitors to Aoya Town, using the second store as a catalyst.
